How the estimate works
Time on the wrist drains the battery at the everyday rate, and GPS time drains it at the rate for the mode you pick. Adding the two gives the share of a charge your week uses, and 7 divided by that share is days per charge. The figures are the published runtimes for each mode as held in our data, not our own tests.
